Nadia Lalla, M.L.I.S. (McGill Univ.), is employed at the University of Michigan where she is responsible for all collection development activities in the health sciences library as well as the delivery and assessment of its information services. Her professional career includes stints as a reference librarian for undergraduates, a solo librarian for a nonprofit organization, a research analyst, and a consultant. Nadia is a an active member in several professional associations including the Medical Library Association. In her spare time, she is pursuing a graduate degree in business.
